[Discover] – Not Squares – [Thrash-Dance]

The Recommender live up to their name. I was catching up on various tweets I had missed in the latter half of last night and saw this one that mentioned a WOW moment.  Naturally I had to check it out and saw that it was a video for a band of three guys from Belfast, rocking the hell out with matching hoodies whilst non-band members danced frenetically against a grey backdrop.

The song in question is “Asylum”, a 4:06 screamer that gets you dancing and thrashing around like an idiot in a bathtub, and the video matches it perfectly. As for their other music, well it’s pretty much more of the same, the kind you turn up to 11 and yell along to at the top of your voice.  All of the below songs are freely available on the band’s Last.fm page, and you can also buy the single from their Bandcamp page and get a b-side for free.  Check out the songs below and watch their video for “Asylum”, you may just hear about these guys quite a lot this year.
