It’s been but a month since we last heard the first taste of new music from Cloud Nothings‘ upcoming second album “Attack On Memory”. That track was “No Future/No Past” and pretty much put a damper on the raucous and slightly ramshackle sound the band are known for.
Slow, methodic, and sung with almost a careless drawl, it’s a world apart from this new song “Stay Useless”, which is far more like the Cloud Nothings we’re used to. Brash, scratchy, and flies by at a speed more suited for Evel Knievel, it’s definitely the punkier side of the band. Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments.
