Tonight we were given not one, not two, not three, but two new songs by Drake, both featuring artists I enjoy a whole lot more than I enjoy Drake.
On the track “Crew Love” we’re given the smooth vocal stylings of Abel from The Weeknd, whose latest album “Thursday” Drake guested on, and on the Jamie xx-produced track “Take Care” Rihanna steps to the mic on a song that so clearly has a huge The xx-sounding vibe to it.
Not only are The xx hard at work on their second album, but Jamie xx has been hard at work all year from solo work to his album with Gil Scott-Heron, to collaborations with everyone else on the planet, and below you can hear his cut for Drake.
