If you’re at all like me then you’re probably fairly excited to listen to “Conatus”, the new album by Zola Jesus.
In the last couple of months we’ve heard a fair few tracks from the album as well as a collaboration with M83 on the song “Intro”. Each song has slightly outdone the previous one we’ve heard, from “Seekir” to “Avalanche” to “Vessel”, as each one is overtaken by her unique voice and industrial-type synths and gloomy electronic beats.
You can listen to the entire album below ahead of its release on October 4th when you’ll be able to download it and buy it on some sleek vinyl.
