In the last few months BBC’s Essential Mix has really been stepping up to the plate, with stellar mixes by the likes of James Blake and Jamie xx, and now we have another this time by London producer and the guy behind one of the best albums of the year SBTRKT.
Among all of the songs he dropped into his mix tonight including album favourites “Pharaoh” and “Sanctuary” there was this little newbie called “Runaway” that was played at the very end of his mix. You can listen to both the mix and just “Runaway” itself below. No word on if the track will be released officially or not but below you can listen to it and rejoice. Hark!
