[Listen] – The Entire New Album By The Dead Weather – Sea Of Cowards

It’s album number two for The Dead Weather, the rock supergroup who are contractually obligated to only wear black.

First time around (which, incidentally, was less than a year ago) Jack White, Alison Mosshart, Dean Fertita, and Jack Lawrence absolved us of our sins with the thunderous “Horehound”, an album that garnered mixed reviews, from positive to lukewarm, but very few that were out-right bad.

Now they’re releasing album numero two-o, “Sea Of Cowards” and are having a listening party on their site right now where you can listen to the whole thing being played on vinyl, literally.  It’s going to be a live stream of a vinyl copy being played on a record player.  They said that they’re going to have guest DJs throughout the day which I’m thinking will just be someone’s hands coming in and flipping it over and then slowly leaving the room.
