Listen: The xx – Angels

Here it is, my excitement heightened to its peak with some gorgeous new music from The xx.

The band are releasing their eagerly-awaited second album Coexist on September 10th/11th and “Angels” is the first non-live finished music from the album we’ve heard so far, though it’s the one track we heard more than any others when they started playing live again a couple of months ago.

It’ll be released tomorrow as the first single from Coexist, via Young Turks, but you can listen to it below and have a gander at the album’s tracklist.
