In what’s the second new release from North Carolina’s Bowerbirds, “In The Yard” sheds the Folk signal they’ve become known project in favour of a more solidified Indie-Rock stance, with a seething guitar lick towards the end.
Back in December they released “Tuck The Darkness In”, the first cut from the album, a beautiful Folk number, akin to the sound on their previous album, but with a couple of varied tracks so far, “The Clearing” is shaping up to be a varied listen of buoyancy.
