[Listen/Download] – Brand New Song By Summer Camp – “Jake Ryan”

It’s been quite a while since we’ve had something new from Elizabeth Sankey and Jeremy Warmsley, otherwise known as Summer Camp, in fact there’s been nothing since March when nobody knew who they were.

Well about an hour ago they sent out an email announcing the release of a new EP in September on Moshi Moshi, tour dates, and of course a brand new song called “Jake Ryan”.  Their previous couple of songs are slightly different, lighter and more dreamy, with the new one kicking off with a distorted guitar that gives way to Elizabeth’s delayed and reverb-laden vocals.

“Young” will be out on September 6th and you can pre-order it from Moshi Moshi now and if you’re in the U.K. you can catch them on tour throughout August and September.
