Yesterday when I posted the stream of the new Blonde Redhead album I mentioned that some bands struggle to make album number two or three, when they’ve just made album number eight and are still awesome.
of Montreal however are on album number ten and it’s been one hell of a ride in the 13 years since. Their music certainly isn’t for everybody and can be pretty far out there at times, and their latest album is no exception. When the first song of this new album made its way onto the web I mentioned that they tend to blow hot and cold for me, seemingly making a good album every other time, and this time I’m up for a winner.
