All the way back in 2010 when I first discovered Freelance Whales, they were making a name for themselves by playing impromtu gigs on street corners and subway stations and anywhere else they could fit their kit.
They don’t do so much of that anymore, but in the last two years they’ve been busy touring and evidently finishing up their second album. Today they announced that Diluvia will be released on October 9th and as a precursor to that you can download their brand new tune “Locked Out” below along with a “visualizer” for the song.
