Heavenly Beat, the side project of John Peña, bassist for Beach Fossils, put out a new 7′ single for the song “Faithless.”
It’s a calming pop song backed by bossa-nova style percussion and guitar sections that sounds surprisingly cohesive and inventive. It would be the perfect background music to a day spent drinking piña coladas in a hammock on the beach.
