KA-POW!
That has absolutely nothing to do with this post, I just like saying that. From their upcoming third album “La Liberación” this new track is much more tame than some of their previous offerings, throwing out the dance-freaky nature of their previous two albums (“Donkey” and “Cansei de Ser Sexy”) in favour of a more stripped-back electronic pop sound, and this one has none other than Primal Scream‘s lead singer Bobby Gillespie on vocals.
Hopefully for the rest of their album they bust out the moves and get some of that sweat-dripping move-a-thons like albums of yore, otherwise I might spend my entirety of it sitting on my ass and swaying from side to side. It’s definitely not a bad thing, I mean I’ve been listening to it for about 15 minutes and it’s now firmly planted in this hairy head of mine, but I wanna fucking DANCE dammit!
