[Listen/Download] – New Song By Radical Dads – “Walking Wires”

After having to keep my mouth shut for the best part of a year for the debut album by Radical Dads, now they’re just attacking the shit outta the internet and dropping track after track for your wee downloady hands.

Two weeks ago they dropped “New Age Dinosaur” and this week they’ve released “Walking Wires” that’s just as raucous as almost every other song on the album, “Mega Rama”. It’s got a bit of a U2 vibe to it, that epic reverb sound that hits like it was recorded in an empty 498,167 seater stadium, bouncing back off of every body-less seat.  Something that U2 either lost along the way or scrapped in favour of a sound that ended up just being almost unbearable.

As much as I’ve been hyping up the quality of this album I really hope they don’t release too much from it before the launch.  As much as I’m a fan of new free tunes, something that’s becoming more and more prevalent these days, I also love hearing an album that’s filled with songs nobody’s heard before.  So I urge you to do either of these things; Either listen to anything you can get your hands on from Radical Dads, or hold out as long as you can and grab the album when it drops on June 14th.
