By the name, and the general release season of their music, you’d be want to think that Summer Camp’s music is all sweltering in heat and awash with waves of summer. And camps.
You’d be right for the most part, but with this new song “Nobody Knows You” you’d be wrong. There’s no information about it other than it’s free, and what it’s called. There’s also what it sounds like and that’s pretty fucking good, with Elizabeth Sankey’s voice distorted and preening the side of her lungs, deep rumbling drums and a synth line that’s fuzzier than a freshly-washed kitten coming out of the dryer.
It’s presumably from Summer Camp‘s upcoming album, but they are known to just randomly give songs away that seemingly don’t appear on official releases, so who knows, but for now you can get this song for free below. Me likey, me really really likey.
