I’ve had Houses on the site a couple of times over the last few months.
The first time was way back in May when I posted their (then) only track “Endless Spring”, an ethereal jam that was all sorts of lazy and chilled out, and the second time was at the start of August when they took part in my Desert Island Discs feature. Now though they’re readying the release of their debut album “All Night” (out October 19th on Lefse) and in turn have released a couple of songs to whet our soon-to-be-Autumn appetites.
Below you can hear two cuts from said album, and if you check the links above you can hear “Endless Spring” as well as the eight tracks that they chose to be stuck on a deserted island with. As far as I know “Lost In Blue” was only available as a stream from their Tumblr page but I wrote to Dexter and he was kind enough to send it over, so thank that dude!
