The Joy Formidable has released a new video for “Whirring.” The UK trio teamed up with director and creative leader Christopher Mills for the video which really captures the lyrics and the sound, whereas if you were to imagine what “whirring” would look like, this would be it.
The graphics and art direction are excellent. I may have watched this video five times already and every time I find something new and interesting that draws my attention. Can you imagine if music videos were to jump on the 3D bandwagon?? A-Mazing.
They will be playing at SXSW and going on tour for their upcoming debut full-length album, “The Big Roar”, set to release in the U.S. on March 15, 2011 (it’s already available in the UK).
