As the title states, Bloc Party singer Kele Okereke has announced that the name for his first solo album will be “The Boxer” and will be released on June 21st via Wichita Recordings/Polydor, and Glassnote.
As of yet there are no teaser tracks or anything to whet our pallet, but he’s playing some live gigs next month so that’s better than nothing right?
He’s set to release the first single from the album “Tenderoni” on June 14th, and the full tracklisting for the album is as follows:
