[Introducing] – WALK
The members of WALK have more than demonstrated they can write a killer rock tune without ignoring catchiness and pop sensibilities.

You may well have heard of Nedry before, since their debut EP, “Condors”, kicked up a veritable cack-cyclone of press interest. That said, my sources inform me that an LP is on the way, so there’s no time like the present for making sure you’re all keeping your eyes and ears out for this genre-bending London threesome.

Icky Doome makes dark, heavy IDM and intends to get darker and heavier. Sure, it’ll blow your subwoofer, but it’s totally worth it.

Another new Lana Del Rey track drops, but it’s not a cover of Radiohead’s National Anthem so you can rest easy.

A new Radiohead demo has surfaced, reportedly from their sessions in 1995 whilst recording “The Bends”.

TweetShare After a clutch of interviews teasing a tour, and even a couple of cheeky shows in New York in September, Radiohead have finally announced what we can only assume is the first leg of their 2012 world tour, in support of their latest album “The King Of Limbs”. And it looks like it’s gonna [...]

TweetShare Is this TKOL Part 2? “The King Of Limbs” was a little short. Never mind that, on first listen, it made for the most immediately enjoyable background music Radiohead have ever written. Never mind that, with a few more, those insistent, rattling rhythms on side one became irresistible and the measured ballads on side [...]

TweetShare I’ve often admitted that I’m not a huge fan of the Spanish music scene. There are very few bands that I’ve found myself enjoying, and most of the acts I do listen to (such as Polock or The Sunday Drivers), happen to sing in English. One welcome exception to this trend is vetusta morla (who prefer [...]

TweetShare Listen to and download the MP3 of “Song Song” below, the new track by Other Lives. Not many bands from Oklahoma have been making waves as of late, but perhaps the most notable of the ones who have are Other Lives. Having released their third album “Tamer Animals” this year they’ve gained a fair [...]
TweetShare Last night Thom Yorke paid a visit to The Boiler Room in London to celebrate the launch of Radiohead‘s Remix conglomerate of “The King Of Limbs”, with beatness from Jamie xx and Caribou too. It was broadcast live over Ustream and it’s now up on YouTube that you can check out below. At about the 11:20 [...]

TweetShare Listen to Massive Attack and Burial‘s collaboration “4 Walls” below. No, you’re not seeing things, this IS a collaboration between Massive Attack and Burial. Yes, THAT Massive Attack. Yes, THAT Burial. It’s ok, it completely took me by surprise too, but holy crap is this good. Being released as a surprise limited edition 12″ it’s got [...]

TweetShare It’s been a busy week for Radiohead, having been on SNL at the weekend, with two shows coming up in a few days, and tonight they hit up The Colbert Report. They played four songs; “The Daily Mail”, “Bloom”, “Little By Little” from “The King Of Limbs”, and “Kid A” monster “The National Anthem” [...]
